Farewell Note from Rev. Dan

Dear St. Luke and Friends,

Serving as your pastor has been one of the greatest joys and privileges of my life. Each one of you has touched my life in a profound way, and for that I will always be grateful. I am proud of the ministry that we have created together and pray that your imagination, intelligence, and faithfulness will continue to grow and thrive. Laura, Tessa and I will carry with us for the rest of our lives, the relationships that we have formed together.Know that the heart, soul, joy and spirit of St. Luke is coming with me to my new ministry position at SFTS.

Yours in Christ,

Rev. Dan

The Beginning Starts with an End

Rev. Dan's last day at St. Luke was Sunday, June 8th.  In traditional St. Luke style, we celebrated our final time together with a party.  Thank  you to Samantha Tuttle who organized one amazing Luau potluck.  The atmosphere, decorations, and abundant food were fantastic.  Also, thank you to the Boy Scouts and their leaders who made dutch-oven cobbler and served it with to all.  We will miss Dan, Laura and Tessa, and we wish Dan the best in his new calling.

On June 15th, the Session announced our new interim minister will be Yung Me Suh Morris (our former intern).  Also, the Pastor Nominating Committee has been formed and their work has begun.

You're Invited

Won't you spend your Sunday morning with us?  Our worship service begins at 10:00am and is followed by fellowship time with coffee and donuts.
